booking policy
At Siren Beauty Co, we take bookings for makeup services online, over the phone and in person.
When booking a service, please provide your name, contact information, and payment details via our intake form.
We require a deposit of $20 at the time of booking. This retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. 50% of the total cost is due the day of booking, The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who fails to comply with our booking policies.

We accept payment in the form of cash, credit cards online, Stripe, Apple Pay and PayPal.
All services must be paid in full by end of appointment.
We do not offer payment plans or discounts for services.

Cancellation policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled. To ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and respectfully, we require that all cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of any monies paid outside of the non-refundable retainer fee.
